Hi, I'm Charli - Escapee Teacher, Advanced Life Coach, and Mama of Four!

​

When I was teaching, I loved the interaction with the kids but didn't love the meetings, the long hours, the endless assessments, the pressure and the perpetual vilinisation of teachers. I was working ridiculous hours, missing out on time with my own child, and still unable to get a deposit together for my own home. I remember sitting in a hair salon for a long overdue trim doing my marking because I felt so under pressure!

I even found I couldn't get pregnant because of the stress! Once I left teaching after reaching burnout and breaking down in front of the head, I started my own tutoring business. I wasn't business savvy at that point so it took some time to get it off the ground but after a year I was turning students away. AND I went on to have three more beautiful babies!

​

My tutoring business evolved into a coaching business after I retrained - I have had the pleasure of working with many wonderful young people who continue to inspire me with their dedication, creativity and ability to turn their negative soundtracks into positive cycles for life.

​
